The Meadow is located on Highway 28 West in Alexandria, Louisiana and consists of approximately 250 acres of land for future development. The Meadow will be a traditional mixed-use development designed to encourage a variety of activities to co-exist in a singly community. Single and multi-family residential developments, restaurants, anchor tenants, shops and public spaces will exist together in harmony where people can be connected to friends, family and work in a single location. The goal is to create an identity and destination for central Louisiana residents to live, shop, and eat in a family friendly environment. Office space, retail shopping, housing, and civic arenas will be blended together with public gathering places that compliment the natural features of the land.
